Announcements week of June 8

  • Pentecost Sunday

    Today is Pentecost, the celebration of the coming of the Holy Spirit in a mighty wind and with tongues of fire (Acts 2). Pentecost is the day the church was born and God has continued to bless his church up to now, more than two thousand years later. There are three days in the year which are more important for Christians than any other days--Christmas, when Christ was born, Easter, when salvation was made possible, and Pentecost, when God established the church through the gift of the Holy Spirit. We give thanks for the Spirit and the Church on this day. 


  • Men's Fellowship Breakfast

  • Special Event - June 29

    Pastor Scott continues as pastor here at Butler through the end of June, and so Sunday, June 29 has been set as a farewell celebration for that evening. Be sure to mark your calendar!
