Our Philosophy  
We believe children learn and develop best when exposed to a safe, healthy, nurturing and enriched environment.
 
The children’s learning experience will be active and integrated by themes so that the children have a meaningful context in which to learn. In this way, children are intrinsically motivated by their own desires to understand the world around them.
 
Each child is encouraged to progress at his/her own rate – intellectually, physically, socially and spiritually.
 
A quality program provides children with activities that encourage them to learn by structured free choice and age appropriate hands-on experiences. All this is done in order to support the child’s positive attitude toward school and learning.
 
Children at Small World Preschool are surrounded by a nurturing Christian atmosphere of respect and loving appreciation for each person and for the wonders of God’s world.
 
We believe this philosophy will foster a positive self-esteem in our children and help them to reach their full potential as God intended.

Programs  

We offer two basic programs:

2/3 year olds - Promoting socialization and group structure in a nurturing environment.

4/5 year olds - Pre-K literacy program giving children the tools to succeed in kindergarten and beyond.

Admission  
Admission is open to children from two to six years old (pre kindergarten).
Children must be potty trained.

Hours 
Small World will be opened throughout the year from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The school will be closed on national holidays.
